Je voulais leur faire comprendre, \u00e0 leur niveau, comment il \u00e9tait possible d&#8217;identifier un suspect \u00e0 partir d&#8217;une t\u00e2che de sang sur un canap\u00e9.J&#8217;avais fait le sch\u00e9ma au tableau pour qu&#8217;il comprenne pourquoi la PCR \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire et ensuite le r\u00f4le des enzymes de restriction.
